My Story

Kelly Zitlow is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist, an Arizona State Licensed Mortgage Professional, and the Scottsdale, Arizona – Branch Manager for Cherry Creek Mortgage. During Kelly’s fifteen years of experience in mortgage lending in Arizona , she has managed well regarded and very highly respected mortgage branches for eight years and personally won awards nine straight years for her top level loan volume and her personal and detailed service consistently delivered to clients. Realtors, title companies, and past clients respect her expertise and unmatched level of service and do so by consistently entrusting their referrals with her. She provides individual and personalized home loan and mortgage services throughout Arizona. Kelly has an extensive working knowledge of all current and former programs in FHA Loans, VA Loans, USDA Rural, Jumbo, and Conventional Mortgages which enables her to quickly and efficiently complete loans, hassle free and on time for clients in Arizona’s constantly changing market. After launching a very informative and helpful main website for clients and the Arizona real estate community a year ago, www.kellyzitlow.com, Kelly recently launched www.buyingahouseafter.com to better assist and prepare the many displaced homeowners who have gone through foreclosure, short sale, and bankruptcy.

Certified by the Arizona Department of Real Estate, Kelly is a Continuing Education Instructor. Kelly’s curriculum focuses on the most recent FHA Loan, VA Loan and conventional mortgage lending programs. She also updates the real estate community on new federal regulatory updates, the new AAR contract, and up to date Arizona mortgage market information. In addition, Kelly teaches classes at the Institute of Mortgage & Real Estate Education, guiding and preparing fellow Arizona loan officers in Continuing Mortgage Education Classes.

Kelly is a charter member of the newly formed, Mortgage Industry Coalition Association. For years, Kelly has been a member in the Arizona Mortgage Lenders Association and was part of the organizations 2010 Leadership Program.

She is involved and contributes to the local business community including the Scottsdale Association of Realtors and the Women of Scottsdale. Kelly also supports and is invested personally in such community endeavors and causes as the Sojourner Center in Phoenix, Arizona Women’s Partnership, and Susan B. Komen.

A native Arizonian, Kelly graduated Cum Laude from Arizona State University. She is passionate about time with her family and travel, Kelly cherishes all the time she can find to spend with her husband Dan and their two sons, Jack and Nicholas.
